Job Area
You will manage and supervise the Stock control and management (including quality control and replenishment in time), the People management, and the Store area management as per the instructions described in the SOP guideline of Season Bakery and Season Bistro outlets to ensure effective and efficient processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Achieve the sales target for each outlet, category by category and branch by branch.
• Monitor and analyses each outlet budget to ensure the use of expenses within the budget and also to optimize them to get the lowest amount spent.
• Prevent loss-making in the stores and find solutions for sales drops to ensure the improvement of the sales.
• Manage sales figures and forecasts for upcoming sales figures to secure accurate and timely stock control.
• Ensure accurate stock control (avoid storage or over-stock, lessen to minimum disqualified or low-quality stock, damages because of loss, disaster, wrong handling and display) and monitor it by using the appropriate tools and system. In case of any problem, investigate causes, report and suggest solutions to Business Manager.
• Minimize the loss and damage of selling goods, clearance sales or discount sales, and keep them within the damage budget range.
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the store area, production area, kitchen utensils and production machines.
• Manage and supervise the staff to achieve SOP marks and follow up the outlets to check if they thoroughly implement SOP guideline or not.
• Coach, instruct and encourage the employees to achieving the Department KPIs and sales targets by category.

Job Requirements

1. Must be Bachelor Degree Holder
2. More Prefer Master Degree Holder or Business Diploma Holder
3. Minimum 3 or 4 years at the Management Level concern business sector.
4. More prefer oversea experience at the concern business sector.
5. English Literacy
6. Computer skill literacy, can be used Microsoft thoroughly
7. Must have data analytical skill and logical thinking.
8. Strong in negotiation skill & presentation skill
