Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

a. To be responsible for the effective management, control and administration of the outlet and supporting services, to the specified standards, adhering to company and statutory regulations
b. Well-versed with budgets and financials, as well as excellent operational knowledge in the food & beverage industry and ensure compliance to procedures and standards.
c. To ensure the prompt and efficient service of all meals such as (Breakfast, lunch & Dinner) snacks, functions and beverages to the required standards.
d. To ensure that profit margins are maintained, agreed costs are not exceeded through effective control systems, including issuing against dockets, sales analysis, menu costing and cash checks.
e. To assist in the development and implementation of Employee & Supervisor training plans on a quarterly basis in conjunction with HRD.
f. To assist the Department Manager in the day to day operations of the Restaurant in such a manner as to bring into effect the superior product and service expected for our guests in accordance with policies and procedures adopted by the Hotel.
