Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Strong understanding of optical distribution networks
- Experience troubleshooting Fiber optic issues
- General understanding of Fiber optic cable system design and theory
- Good ability in coverage planning, traffic planning and network emulation
- Develop and maintain ODN design drawings
- Coordinate projects schedules
- Create and implement technical inspection and quality assurance procedures
- Interface with various groups like Direct Sales, B2B Sales and Product Management to develop and set-up require infrastructure
- Communicate with external stakeholders such as YCDC, MCDC, Regional CDC and Regional government for Right of Way
- Maintain existing ODN network infrastructure

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of Fiber Optic experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Fiber Design experience
- Knowledge of fiber construction techniques
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work well with others, flexibility as priorities change, and sensitive to deadlines and customer needs
- Experience with AutoCAD and Google Earth is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented, well organized and effective at multi- tasking
- Must be available for periodic travel as a function for the job at a time
