• Meeting For project planning and discussion with vendors /clients
• Site survey( Building ,Industrial Zone ,Railway ) and co-ordinate with the Owner and Contractor
• Prepare the TSS DWG (Geographical map ,Fiber routing map,FO Route Schematic, Detail layout, Building FO Route &Installation plan ) to submit the Technical Site Survey Report (TSSR) to the client or any party concerns for approval
• Making BOQ and Proposal Offer to submit to Clients
• Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
• Provide technical assistance during the construction process as required.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Reporting to boss and clients for the site daily working progress with updated trucker.
• Enquiring and purchasing the materials and price directly to the supplier
• Negotiating and discussion with the supplier and subcontractor
• Attend site meeting and liaise with consultant and contractors
• Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors
• Carrying out risk assessment
• Minimize construction costs without compromising safety, system quality or operational impact
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Providing advice on the management of projects
Job Requirements
Experience:
Min of 5 years’ in Management and Technical experience
Qualifications:
Academic: Bachelor’s Degree in project management and Technical Operations
University degree in management, with a specialization in Industrial Engineering (industrial management, operations management,) or in construction/telecommunications (construction project management, technical studies).
Specialist knowledge required:
• Excellent knowledge of the geographical area offer: markets, technical nature of products, target prospects, local economy,
• Knowledge of telecommunications sector : products and services,
• Significant experience in team management,
• Strong interpersonal and business skills,
• Knowledge in finance,
• Skills in overall management of activities: management, economics, human resources…
• Knowledge of standards and regulations of security and quality (working conditions, environmental standards, fire safety…),
• Control office software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word),
• Fluency in English and French
• Overseeing the accounting , costing and billing
• Carrying out risk assessment.
• Commercial awareness.
• Ability to use technical terms to communicate verbally and in writing
• Good organization, multi-tasking, time management and documentation skills
