An Exciting Opportunity for ...

* To Assist ACS Field Maintenance responsibility along with MS field team management. Person required for Active and passive/FTK sites field maintenance. Also will interact with ground level team of Tx and Towerco. Also will be responsible for Datacentre Fuel and energy management.

* Confine to field operation only and all decision has to be taken after discussion with Regional Manager. And decision only for field activities related like MTTR , SLA, resource movement etc.

• Over all Field Maintenance of assigned area along with number of sites.
• Responsible for Datacentre Energy Management of MDY.
• Governance of MS partner for signed delivery in terms of SLA and KPI.
• Restoration of faults within required SLA by pushing Towerco and OSP.
• Weekly summaries the Operation of MDY region to central FLM manager and Head of operation.
• Improvement of MTTR month on Month.

Job Requirements

• Field Maintenance: 4 Year minimum
• Datacentre Handling: 1-year Minimum
• Spare part and SLA/KPI management: 1 Year Minimum
• Strong local field staff handling to ensure timely delivery.
• Good hands on experience of Field Operation and authority management like EPC.
• Able to have good communication with regional technology, rollout team.
