• Operation – Merchandising and Sales
• Merchandising
1. Monitoring and checking all the Merchandizing and Distribution process is effective in the concerned areas/ locations

• Sales
1. Daily communicating and coordinating with the team from sales departments/to achieve Sales targets and analyzing the effectiveness of Sales Route
2. Analyzing the competitor information, market research and market intelligence by visiting outlets/ night visit
3. Setting the target together with Sales Team and making the Sales effective.

• Budgeting and Costing
1. Responsible for planning and calculating the overall estimated budgeting and delivering the budget revenues and gross profit to the Company.

• Reporting and Documentation
1. Reporting concerned with the operations are sent on time to the Management and Clients
2. Ensure to prepare the proposals/ agreements based on the request of clients and terms and conditions of the Company
3. Responsible for collecting the required data from the team and preparing and presenting reports on PPT presentation on campaign success and deliverable.

• Any Graduate
• 3 to 4 years relevant experience in FMCG/ Beverages Industries
• Good communication skill and presentative skill
• Understanding the market demands and customers behaviors
• Must speak bilingual (Myanmar and English)
• To be able to travel in anytime
