Job Description

• Implementation of Operation programs and plans to support improved machine operation and reduce breakdown time, including providing input into spare parts management
• Identification and implementation of continuous improvements to achieve operational excellence including
maintenance
• Provide engineering technical support for the production team to optimize the efficiency of operation and maximize production output. This includes (but not limited to):
o training and support for machine operation/changeovers, development of technician skills
o technical support for operational issues and breakdowns
o identification of throughput increase opportunities and implementation of continuous improvement activities to increase capacity
o completing Root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions

Job Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications
• AGTI / B.Tech / B.E with specialization in Mechanical / Electrical engineering
• Minimum of 3 years engineering experience with Filling / Packing Machines and Maintenance
• Good command of English in four skills

Preferred Skills and Experience
• Use and implementation of Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Experience with packaging equipment, mixing equipment, pumps, utility equipment including air compressor, chiller, boiler and steam systems, generators, water treatment and wastewater treatment plants
• Understanding of TPM principles
• Knowledge of EOHS
