Employee Expenses
Monthly field employees’ expenses verifying and approving in ERP
Daily employees’ expenses claim verifying and approving in ERP

Checking all accounting entries whether cost and expenses are correctly allocated or not.
Allocation of SG&A and employee cost to OM & CWIP
Allocation of Missing Site ID to RFI Site for that month
Checking bank and cash reconciliation
CWIP transfer to Asset for RFI sites

Customer receipt validation
Checking and sign Form31 for customer
Preparation of monthly customer’s commercial tax for Billing Dept confirmation

Checking monthly payroll for both expat and local
Validation of employee pay slip in ERP
Processing for monthly payroll
Checking payroll journal entries and updated in ERP for payment transaction
