Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

 -Prepare related financial documents such as payment voucher, credit voucher for company bookkeeping and check sale voucher & receipt voucher.
 -Preparing and updating finance related forms.
 -Arrange Day to Day financial records.
 -Prepare monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and main cash accounts
 -Responsible for filing financial/accounting documents in appropriate condition.
 -Ensure the appropriate storage of the soft copy of all financial/accounting documents.
 -Prepare monthly payroll and ensure that the monthly salaries are paid on time.
 -To follow any instructions required by HO and/or higher level superiors.
 -Good understanding of tax rules and regulations,
 -Must be able to assist monthly, quarterly and year-end closing processes.
 -To make the invoice for each business line and chasing the payments
 -To record all payments and maintain supporting documents for audits and verification
 -To prepare other reports required by local or head office management

Job Requirements

 -Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting is a must.
 -Good knowledge & experience in Microsoft Excel.
 -Strong negotiating skills.
 -Extensive knowledge of Myanmar’s taxation system.
 -Minimum 8 years’ experience in similar position.
 -Must be able to read, write and speak English very good level.
 -Able to work under pressure and work with a team.
