Job Description
Reporting directly to the Group CFO with dotted line to the Head of Business Unit, this role will be responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of the Business Unit’s performance including regular performance reporting and management, annual budgeting and rolling forecast.
• Lead and support the NU’s budgeting, forecasting and target setting process including risk and opportunity assessments
• Drive cost efficiency, benchmarking and value generating initiatives
• Provide weekly / monthly/ quarterly financial reporting, variance explanations including working with operations to seek and implement corrective and / or preventive measures
• Provide management with timely, accurate and insightful financial analysis to monitor the business KPIs and financial results, enable key strategic decision-making
• Work closely with all functions to understand business performance
• Project management around the initiatives to ensure they are within time and budget and follow-up is done till closure of project
• Manage overhead cost and conduct adhoc expense review and contribute to expense deployment decisions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Master degree in Finance
• Qualified CPA
• Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a multinational company
• Strong project management skill and experience
• Solid knowledge of financial and management reporting systems and solid technical accounting skills
• Able to collaborate with colleagues across the business
• Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills
• Ability to communicate with senior management
