Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• Responsible for A/R due dates by contacting and reminding salesman every day to chase after Account receivables on due date to avoid bad debts and to secure company interests.
• Responsible for Stop Delivery List (SDL) by checking the list and release order when suitable to avoid bad debts by unreliable customers.
• Responsible for A/R ledger account by preparing the daily calculations and input into A/R to be sent to Sales in order to ensure correct and accurate information provided.
• Ensure Statement of Account are fully and legally confirmed by all customers by preparing, providing and following up on the statement to ensure all accounts are compliant to rules and regulations.
• Prepare and send cash receipts to customers
• Checking receivable ledger account and release order for customers in SDL
• Generating daily flash collection and outstanding report and update to sales department
• Follow-up dunning letters after issuing
• Matching cash on hand collection into Matrix
• Generating, mailing, follow-up, answering questions related to SOA and systematically filing

- HFM and ERP software hand-on experience.
- Certified Accounting Technician
- English proficiency is a must.
