Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Update all freight and logistics invoices in the ERP system. Monthly circulation of SOAs to agents and get the confirmations
- Collect BL/Freight/DO and other logistics related receipts from customers and update the system on time
- Ensure dispatching of invoices as per the instructions given by Operations/Finance to facilitate collection of dues on a timely manner.
- Monthly freight and logistics job reports circulate to head of finance
- Arrange of foreign remittances related documents to banks
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management

Job Requirements

• B. Act, B.Com or Any degree with DA
• At least (2) years’ experience of Accounting in Freight Forwarding/Shipping Lines
• Good at computer literacy especially Excel
• System knowledge would be an added qualification
• Able to communicate in English
