This role holder will responsible for the overall financial function of KBZ Pay (Agent Banking Service). The function includes day to day accounting, GL bookings, P&L Management, Reconciliation, settlement with third party. Producing financial reports and guiding senior executives in making sound business decisions in the long and short term. Lead team of 10+ financial professionals.

*Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the department such as accounting, settlement, reconciliation.
*Oversee financial section employees, including financial assistants and accountants.
*Work closely with the Bank’s Finance Department to prepare management reports, regulatory reports, third party settlements etc.
*Work closely with the Bank’s Audit/ Risk function for timely reporting as required.
*Track the department’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
*Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
*Research and analyses financial reports and market trends
*Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
*Review financial data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly and annual reports
*Present financial reports to management, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
*Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
*Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
*Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation of the Bank & industry.
*Prepare, implement & adhere SOP as required for the function.
*Report to Head of ABD Operations

*Advanced educational qualification/degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field
*Superior mathematical skills; leadership skills and experience; employee management
*Understanding of data privacy standards; solid communication skills, both written and verbal; public speaking skills

*Very good working skills of computer and advance
*skills in MS Excel/ MS Access for data analytics/ dash board reports/ MIS.
*Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance role
