-Review and Instruct the Finances as well as operations coordinator
-Prepare and on time delivery of Financial reporting as well as Management reporting.
-Prepare the roll-out of the annual budget and ongoing monitoring and tracking of forecasts/budgets and costs.
-Prepare and review of inter-company and related party transactions.
-Prepare and review project basis cash flow requirement and feasibility study and product stress test.
-To work closely with Marketing and Production team to meet sales demand forecast.
-To work closely with Cluster COO and Cluster Finance DFC for analytical review of monthly financial results Key Financial and Operational KPIs (e.g. Revenue, Margin, Stock Days, LFL Sales Growth, Creditor Days, CAPEX).
-Assisting the team to meet the requirement of the internal/external audit team.
-Develop and propose internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up to Cluster Finance for implementation.
- Prepare and review division level cash flow forecast with the movement of working capital and support to Cluster Finance team.
- Monitoring of approved MIC project and prepare quarterly report to ensure aligned as per MIC regulation.
- Review the movement of country tax regulation and collaboration with the internal tax department.
- Analyze product costing and propose selling price and strategy to BU Head and Sales Manager.
- Following BU Head’s advice, guide sales team toward an agreed target.

Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
Prefer ACCA Affiliate candidates
Strong understanding of accounting theory
Minimum 7 years accounting/finance experience
Highly detail oriented and organized in work
Ability to meet assigned deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
