Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• *Handle all day to day finance and accounts operations.
• *Able to manage cash flow, bank transitions and report to management.
• *Prepare monthly analysis of the cost of products sold and operational expenses against prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate the risks.
• *Partner with sale team and outlet agents in determining financial impact, prepare periodic forecasts to update management on financial results.
• *Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.
• *Identify, investigate, and analyze potential sale and distribution improvement. As appropriate, based on findings make proposal for operational changes (policy, procedures, processes, etc.)
• *Review and approve payment vouchers and journal entries;
• *Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and sales teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis;

Job Requirements

• *Two years and above of experience in a similar position;
• *B.Com / Bachelor degree in finance/accounting field and CPA is preferred
• *Have a flair for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude including willing to work some
longer hours during peak periods.
• *Strong experience in income statement analysis.
• *Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables.
• *Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels;
• *Proficiency in accounting software like ERP or others.
• *Prepare taxation yearly, monthly profit and lost statement.
• *Able to travel in the country if needed.
• *Strong verbal and written communication skills.
