Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Oversee all SBU’s monthly reports and highlight any issues to Senior Management
Oversee Project Costing of Road & Bridge Projects and Product Costing of CM
Develop Overall Company Budget and Business Plan
Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
Update Quarterly budget and cash flow forecast
Review for approvals of purchase request, advance claim, expense claim and supplier/sub-contractor payment vouchers
Assisting in bank financing/project financing for real estate projects
Collaborate with Financial Engineer in Financial Feasibility Study of new projects
Suggest updates and improvements for standard procedures and company policies to ensure proper, complete, accurate record-keeping of transactions within GAAP and IFRS
Coordinate and ensure financial reports preparation to comply with periodically tax fillings
Collaborate with internal and external auditors for internal control improvement
Provide training, guidance and direction to employees to ensure work is performed in an effective, efficient, timely and knowledgeable manner
Report to Group CFO with timely and accurate financial information
Presenting reports to senior management team and BOD
Conduct other ad-hoc duties assigned by Senior management team and BOD

Job Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor of Commerce and CPA (ACCA is more preferable)
• At least (5) years of experience in finance Manager level and preferably in Construction or Real Estate Business
• Have knowledge/experience around ERP Systems
