Responsibilities:
-Providing analysis, calculations of economic profit and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies/agendas.
-Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance
-Guiding in the annual planning and budging exercise and the monitoring of financial targets and agreed KPIs.
-Support in capital expenditure proposals and the quantitative and qualitative justification.
-Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered.
-Working with finance team on implementation of new bank products and responsible for the establishing the required accounting entries and general ledger codes for final authorization by the Controller.
-Ensuring compliance with Central Bank Regulations specific to the finance procedures.
Functional skills and knowledge :
- Management and statutory accounts-not only the ability to perform the conventional finance role of ensuring historical numbers reflect the underlying operations but also the ability to always look forward in the financial context.
-Financial Modeling skills.
Soft skills:
-High adaptability, communicating and influencing skills to manage change
-Fluent in Burmese and English
-Excel skills

-ACCA, CIMA or its equivalent
-At least 10 years relevant working experience with 3years in leadership positions in a Finance Function
