• BODမွညႊန္ၾကားထားသည့္ Moon Sun Group ရွိ Trading & Construction ၏ကိစၥရပ္မ်ား အား ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္။
• သက္ဆိုင္ရာ CAမွတင္ျပသည့္စာရင္းမ်ား (Monthly ? Quarterly ? Yearly) လခ်ဳပ္စာရင္းမ်ား အား စစ္ေဆး၍ Consolidation Company တစ္ခုလံုး၏စာရင္းအားျပဳစုတင္ျပရန္။
• လစဥ္Company၏လခ်ဳပ္စာရင္း အရံႈးအျမတ္စာရင္းႏွင့္အတူ Analysis Report အားလဆန္း (၁၀)ရက္ေန႔မတိုင္မီBOD သို႔တင္ျပရန္။ (သက္ဆိုင္ရာCAထံမွအခ်ိန္မွီေတာင္းခံ၍စစ္ေဆးတင္ ျပရန္ )
• ေန႔စဥ္ ၤFinance Manager မွ Daily Report တင္ျပရန္။
• Costing တြက္ခ်က္ျခင္း ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္(Shipment ? Project Costing ) Actual ႏွင့္Etimate အားတင္ျပရန္။
• ဆိုင္တစ္ဆိုင္ျခင္းစီ၏ (Investment တစ္ခုျခင္း) တြက္ခ်က္ေပးရန္။
• အပါတ္စဥ္ Finance Department မွWeekly Meeting ျပဳလုပ္၍လုပ္ငန္းဆိုင္ရာ လိုအပ္ခ်က္ မ်ား ညိႈႏိႈင္းညႊန္ၾကားရန္ႏွင့္ အခါအားေလွ်ာ္စြာExternal Audit မွညႊန္ၾကားထားသည္ မ်ားကို ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္။
• ကုမၸဏီ၏ လုပ္ငန္းတစ္ခုျခင္းစီ၏ Yearly Budget Plan, 3 Year Plan ,5 Year Planအား BOD ထံတင္ျပရန္။
• သက္ဆိုင္ရာ Branches တစ္ခုျခင္းစီ၏ အရံႈးအျမတ္Frame စာရင္းအားေရးဆြဲရန္။
• ေန႔စဥ္Cash balance, Bank balance,AP,AR ,Stock စာရင္းမ်ားအား အတည္ျပဳစစ္ေဆးရန္ ႏွင့္ လိုအပ္ပါက အခ်ိန္ႏွင့္တေျပးညီUpdate ေတာင္းခံရန္။
• ကုမၸဏီ၏ Taxation ကိစၥမ်ားေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္။
• သက္ဆိုင္ရာမိမိဌာနအတြင္း ရွိဝန္ထမ္းမ်ား၏JD ႏွငွ့္ SOPဥဏမ်ားအတိုင္း ေဆာင္ရြက္မႈရွိ၊ မရွိစစ္ ေဆးရန္ ႏွင့္ အခါအားေလွ်ာ္စြာလုပ္ငန္းProcedure မ်ားေျပာင္းလဲျပင္ဆင္သတ္မွတ္ရန္ရွိ ပါကBOD ထံတင္ျပ၍ အတည္ျပဳခ်က္ရယူျပီး ျဖည့္ဆည္းေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္။
• Trading Company ၏လစဥ္စက္သံုးဆီတင္သြင္းရန္ လိုအပ္ခ်က္တန္ခ်ိန္ပမာဏ ႏွင့္အသံုးျပဳရ မည့္ေငြပမာဏအားကုမၸဏီအား ကုမၸဏီလည္ပါတ္ေငြႏွင့္ညိႈႏိႈင္းတြက္ခ်က္၍ BODထံတင္ျပရန္။

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field.CPA certificate is a must.
• 7-10 years working experience of accounting and finance function Experience from Fuel Station.
• Good analytical skills of accounting Knowledge.
• Computer skills: MS office,MS Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Software system is a plus.
• Good command of English, Speaking and written.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good rapport and collaborative working relationships with all levels of staff.
