- Responsible for consolidated financial reporting & subsidiary company financial report
- Prepare cash budget and profit & loss budget
- Managed monthly closing account
- Forecasting an managing cash flow
- Reporting and handling company income tax, commercial tax return
- Liaising with auditor and company cycle tax officer
- Resolve and maintenance financial system / operational issues
- Prepare annual financial report in compliance with financial reporting standard company Act
- Ensure timely filing of the return and to assist in corporate tax matters
- Monitor key financial risk and control project expenses and budget report to management

Job Requirements

- Experience at least 3 years at relevant role
- Any graduated with CPA & ACCA
- Intermediate level of English (4) skills
- Good leadership and team building skills
- Good interpersonal skill
