1. Be involved in the preparation and monitor project work in progress schedules, job costing, and reporting twice a month2. Confer (discuss) with estimators and project executives on changes and adjustments to cost estimates when necessary. 3. Prepare projects used by management for purposes such as planning, budgeting, organizing, and scheduling work. 4. Prepare income and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration of the project. This is to be done according to Management requirements twice a month5. Assess cost effectiveness of projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project developments. 6. Conduct special studies to develop and establish standard costing and related cost data or to effect cost reduction. 7. Assist site Managers/Estimators/Project Team with preparation of budgets and forecasts. 8. Devising profit improvement plans to assist in evaluating new project plans including implementation plans for business growth9. Developing monthly sales pipeline and sales forecasting and reporting performance Vs revenue.10. Coordinating with management for future project/contract planning11. Assisting with gathering data for meetings and provide accurate project cost analysis that will influence decisions necessary to manage the project cost/contract12. Gather the departmental budget and prepare monthly budgeting system13. Monitor and control not only departmental budget with reporting monthly also progress claim as per estimated contract cost.14. Service costing, and service changes, determining start-up costs, capital expenditure, which could be absorbed by the business and not the client, ensuring long term business gains and competitive pricing
• Must have recognized Bachelor degree in Financial or CPA Part II, ACCA Part II• Experience Require is 10 years over in Construction Finance field.• Should have previous management reporting and project costing experiences.• Be able to commit your responsibility in budgeting, and performance management• Leadership and Managerial skills to operate in a dynamic environment must be required.• Must be able to perform man-oeuvre, problem solving, pro-active hands-on attitudes, and knowledge of IFRS• Computer literate with Microsoft office, MYOB, IT skill and solid understanding of accounting software principles• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and English are essential.
