Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Responsible P2P compliance for UMS, UMM, and UEMCL. The volume of transactions per month around 2,000 invoices.
• Local suppliers end to end process
• Oversea suppliers
• Upload in DCIW correctly and on time.
• Tracking aging of each supplier and vendors
• Arrange for payment on time in line with the agreed credit term
• Sort out day to day issues with procurement and suppliers IBM team
• Monthly meeting with IBM team on POT and PO compliance tracking
• Responsible for Governance, Compliance, Audit, and Control as follows:
• Documentations for DTP in detail and do walk through test
• Working out with the 3rd party for global project implementation in P2P to simplify the process and ensure control are strengthened.
• POT and PO compliance tracking and actions are driven.
• Compliance report with global treasury – Counterpart limit.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Financial Background in FMCG industry
• Technical competence in accounting standards and financial modelling
• Able to communicate with actively and effectively in English (both verbal & written)
