Basic Functions of the Position- Performs as a Chief Accountant to support various activities in accounting, resolving conflicts, delegating and organizing tasks, as well as motivating and leading teams.- Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.- Perform a full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.- Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission toManaging Director, Board of Directors and Executive Level Managers.- Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and marketing teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.- Issue project cost reports for review and approval.- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the setup.- Monitoring financial position, financial performance and cash flows of the company; revising any discrepancies of reports; and checking the company’s assets and liabilities that could affect its equity in the future.- Assisting external audit firms that are located in Myanmar and Singapore to prepare for tax reporting, and annual financial statement.
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of the annual projection budget and annual cash flow budget as well as Capex budget for the group of companies
- Conduct annual stock take and asset and inventory management and control for the group

Minimum ACCA PartII or CPA
Minimum (5)years working experience in related field
