Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Work with key staff to document all business processes in the Procurement-to-Pay cycle, Record-to-Report, Month-end, and other key cycles.
Facilitate workshops to identify ways to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes, and document the changes. Help the users to pilot the changes in the “TEST” area of the accounting system, and ensure a smooth transition to the new flows.
Focus specifically on the implementation of the ERP, and integration with the OSS/BSS, in support of the control and efficiency goals of the Finance Department.
Develop concise and compelling business cases for proposed projects.
Ensure appropriate sponsorship and align stakeholders around initiative goals
Develop strong stakeholder relationships, maintaining effective communication channels
Determine business roles and resources needed to ensure successful implementation
Work proactively with the business to resolve critical issues
Prepare detailed analysis, plans, milestones, deliverables and overall status updates
Proactively manage risk, anticipate potential issues and implement appropriate mitigations
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement initiatives
Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned/required.
Support, coach, and mentor team members and actively participate in evaluating and improving the current Finance procedures, standards, methods and other documentation

Job Requirements

BA (or BS) degree preferred
5+ years of experience a large or mid-sized company
Telecom experience a plus
Very good English skills (spoken; good written English skills are a plus), as the role will routinely interact with foreigners (internal and external to the company).
Strong IT skills, including Excel; must have experience with an integrated management information system, such as an ERP.
Advance proficiency with MS tools like Power-point, Word, Project
Proven team leadership abilities
Staff development -- must be able to direct low-level staff in detailed responsibilities
