Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

- Monitor 15 to 20 staff of property development projects independently in Yangon, Myanmar;

- Review all payment voucher before release the payments;

- Ad hoc request work from CFO and Finance Manager and other department;

- Preparation of monthly financial statement according to IFRS;

- Monitor the daily treasury function, corresponding with Singapore finance team to arrange the transaction;

- Prepare the budget report and roll over cash flow forecast monthly;

- Ensure all staff daily report is properly process according to the company policy;

- Lead the team, build up the team spirit and provide continuous coaching to the team;

- Preparation of management report on regular and ad hoc basis.

Job Requirements

- ACCA Level 2 is minimum for Assistant Manager or LCCI Level 3 completion for Senior Accountant;

- Can demonstrate to work under pressure and willing to learn;

- Strong project management skills and team spirit, at least 3 years in management/supervisor level for Manager and Assistant Manager;

- Knowledge of IFRS is a must and independently prepare financial statement;

- Demonstration of integrity and commitment;

- Strong analytical mind and figures sensitive capability

- Fluent in English, Burmese, Chinese.
