KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform diligently, the finance function that would enhance the financial control environment of the organization and perform the professional finance related functions in Head Office -Finance Department

1. Manage and monitor the cash flow process for all branches
2. Monitor and Provide weekly cash flow forecast across all branches and consolidated
3. Prepare the voucher for fund transferring process
4. Responsible for bank deposit , withdrawal and remittance
5. Prepare the bank reconciliation for Head Office all bank account
6. Manage to collect the all bank statement and bank reconciliation from all Regional Office
7. Facilitate the fund transfer transaction between Head Office and internal and external remittances
8. Check and reconcile the daily transaction with Head Office bank account
9. Monitor and check disbursement plan with actual disbursement for all branches
10. Coordinate with Regional Finance Officer and plan for cash requirements for cash in vault, loan disbursement and
petty cash requirements.
11. Calculate the currency valuation on monthly basic
12. Communicate with bank staff related banking services and account opening process
13. Ability to additional work related with finance
14. Assign to internal Audit and external audit and necessary follow up.
15. To maintain good communication system within the branch office staff and with head office Staff.
16. Perform any other additional task assigned by the finance management relating to the financial or operations.
17. Any other responsibility assigned by Finance Manager and Head of Finance

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance with at least two years relevant experience at least 3 years, preferably in the accounting professional.
• Age between 23 and 35 years old
• Strong accounting skill and computer skill (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Must have good interpersonal, analytical, strong team spirit, adaptability and flexibility
• Must have good planning skill, organizing skill and ability to manage and prioritize tasks
• Good written and oral communication skill in Myanmar and English.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
