A Great Opportunity for ...

• Checking with Customer invoice & COD
• Prepare payment plan to settle related Customer
• Follow up to all AR process to supplier and HO
• Updating all the necessary document in software
• Follow up to all AR process from all BU procurement PIC
• PO checking in software and payment term checking for all invoice
• Payment plan arranges and release to Principle
• Checking supplier interest to open invoice
• Update AR combine report
• Preparing AR invoice, AR down in software
• Checking AR balance and reconcile with software
• Reconcile Customer statement Daily with HO
• Report timely & accuracy reporting for monthly AR Statement

Job Requirements

-Any Graduated (More prefer.B.com,B.Act & Lcci level (1,2)(UK).
-Planning, Teamwork, Influence Others, Analysis, Continuous Improvement, Customer Focus, Motivational fit, Communication & Follow Up
-Standard Training Modules for staff level (Training)
-No experience or at least 1 year experience in related field and any graduate
