Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

 Design and manage all end-to-end invoice delivery operation process coordinating with other internal teams and external vendors
 Monitor on cash collection operation from different payment collection channels
 Coordinate clarification questions, forward to vendors and monitor responses
 Prepare and perform new vendor selection on operation needs
 Conduct in the preparation of Purchase Orders, Contracts or their Amendments alliance with external vendors and management
 Monitor operational expenditures against allocations
 Coordination and collaboration with TRA, IT, Finance, other internal departments and external vendors
 Reporting operational and team progress to management
 Propose the improvement measure for current operation
 Instruct and guide team members and develop strong team

Job Requirements

 Excellent written and spoken English and Burmese
 Strong communication skills and pleasant personality with interpersonal skills
 High level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
 Flexible, dynamic and able to meet deadlines
 Ability to work independently, with little to no supervision
 Have appropriate sense of integrity
