Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Develop financial models related to M&E, JVs, stand-alone projects, spin-offs, and etc.
• Consolidate and analyze complex financial data (profit and loss account, balances sheet, cash flow, financing structure, tax structures, etc.
• Contribute to commercial and financial part of pre-feasibility, feasibilities studies and other investment appraisals
• Provide alternatives and recommendations to reduce project costs and improve financial performance
• Perform overall project planning, monitoring, and controlling, capital raising, project due diligence and other project related efforts

Job Requirements

• Overseas post-graduate, MBA in Finance
• Minimum 6 years of experiences with investment banker, business consultancy firm, property development. Demonstrate knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and financial analysis
• Familiarity with Real Estate Industry preferred.** Strong exposure to Real Estate / Infrastructure Development (Financial Analysis Structuring)
• Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, capital market and business environments
• Strong coordination, communications and interpersonal skills
• Must have very strong computing skills.
• Native Burmese speaking with Fluent English
