A Big Opportunity for ...

 Prepare Monthly Financial Reports for F&B business and others within Group deadline
 Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Franchiser’s Reports within deadline
 Prepare Quarterly MIC Report for F&B Business
 Coordinate Financial questions/answers among Operations and Treasury and Accounting Departments
 Support Senior in preparing the reports for Board of Directors and Shareholder meeting
 Develop, maintain and distribute as-hoc reports and financial models as needed.
 Support manager in preparation of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
 Track Expenses Actual vs Budget and Analyze in-depth for Fluctuations.
 Develop and maintain relevant procedures and practices within area of responsibilities to ensure they operate in a sustainable manner.
 Support Finance Team in internal controls implementation

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting area. Experience in F&B Reporting or budgeting is a plus.
2. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Burmese and English languages
3. Excellent command of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel
4. High standards of accuracy and precision, highly organized
