Being able to get the best price and quality for purchase of good & services
Making sure all procurement are in line with the set budget
Good coordination with the procurement committee
Capable of working together with different departments
Tight Control on inventory for all stocks & fixed assets
Other ad-hoc matters
Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
Reporting to CFO with timely and accurate financial information

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field, preferred CPA
Minimum 7 to 10 years experiences in a similar role
Understanding of data privacy standards
Ability to function as team members
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline consistency
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
