A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

. Head of finance reporting to MD, manage and develop 32 finance staff nationwide.
. Manage and control working capital, organisational cash flow forecasting and debt management for the heavy equipment division.
. Handle annual budgeting exercise, monthly variance analysis and flash report for CXO on monthly basis and provide recommendations for decision making purpose.
. Control and approve payments within the approval limit and liaise with Goup Finance in Singapore for payment related matters
. Analyse and recommend KPI benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance to MD.
. Identify and resolve cost and pricing related issues to maximise the divisional profit.
. Implement process improvements in terms of costing, interdivisions expenses and payments, operations expenses, etc.
. Oversee monthly stock purchase and inventory planning for four BUs.
. Monitoring & coordinating Governance & Risk Management for 16 branches nationwide.
. Overseeing Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Risk & Governance Audit etc.
. Meet with investors for business updates and assist on due diligence process related to heavy equipment sector.
. Responsible for the credit and risk management process for hire-purchase sales with related bank.
