Job Description

Relationship Management
-Develop and execute tactical strategies to acquire new account, deepen existing FI relationship to increase wallet share and manage attrition.
-Maintain high level of client satisfaction by proactively initiate services to clients to improve efficiency.
Account Management
-Undertake Tactical account planning to establish business potentials, develop client strategy, increase wallet share and enhance account profitability of existing and new clients.
credit Analysis
-Undertake the end-to-end credit assessment, evaluation and approving process on the extension of credit including making recommendations to the Approving Authority for making the final decisions on new, renewal and extension of loans or other credit limit.
Credit Monitoring & Documentation
-Responsible to support monitoring and documentation of accounts.
-Accountable for asset quality and surveillance across FI business.
-Maintain credit files for each client who has granted facilities and the credit files must contain sufficient information to explain the establishment

Job Requirements

Must have at least 3 years working experience in similar position in Myanmar Banking environment.
Must have Experience in credit analysis/evaluation is preferred.
Must be Business level in the English language.
