1. Inspect and analyze the expenditures of factory together with original vouchers whether correct or not.

2. Inspect and analyze sale incomes of finished goods together with sales vouchers whether correct or not.

3. Inspect expenditure and incomes of FAME Pharmaceuticals: including Fame Organic Pharming Project.

4. Inspect and take ground stocks of goods at Raw Store, Finished Store, Packaging Store, Clinic, Reception, Organic Pharm’s Show rooms and Thein Gyi Zay Pharmacy monthly or as routines.

5. Inspect and check the processes of systems together with Management Representatives as an audit team if required.

6. Check the diesel or petrol usage of motor cars and generators regularly whether correct or not.

7. Report the audit finding to Top Level management and then documented especially for corrective and preventive action.

8. Ensure that the documentations of all financial auditing processes are completely prepared and maintained.

9. Conduct special audit inspections and examinations according to the request of Managing Director.

10. The candidate can travel to Pyin Oo Lwin to audit the expenses and income of FAME Organic Pharming Project quarterly or if required.

11. Prepare and submit the yearly and monthly reports to Managing Director relating with internal auditing proceses.

The applicant must be a degree holder of B.Com. B.Econ ,M.Com , CPA, B.Act or D.A .
The preferable age is between 30 yrs – 45 yrs.
The candidate must be healthy and active.

The candidate must have skills relating with the financial software and excel.
