Main Accountability

- Lead a team of security supervisors and officers to secure the building through effective deployment and security checks
- Manage and conduct Fire Evacuation Drill to be compliance with International Fire Standards
- Liaise with tenants and contractors to conduct fire safety awareness briefing.
- Set up Fire Safety and Security Committee meetings as per operational requirement.
- Overall responsibility and compliance of the Fire Safety procedures, making sure staff are aware of the importance and follow fire safety protocol.
- Advise internal employee, tenants and contractor on all aspects of Fire Safety and Security.
- Implement practical and effective methods, both preventative and remedial, of promoting fire safety and security and safe working practices in the workplace.
- Conduct/ organize relevant Fire Safety training for staff as required, including first aid.
- Conduct/ organize security related training such as Bomb Threat, Armed attack, Bag Check, Robbery/ Suicide Disruption Emergency procedures, handling of premises found not locked and mail room security.
- Familiarize with other emergency procedures such as Earthquake/ Tremor Response, lift breakdown/ power failure/ Chiller breakdown procedures and etc.
- Conduct HSE and Security Talk quarterly.
- Conduct/ organize Fire Security Committee Meeting quarterly.
- Conduct Risk Assessments for related fields.
- Conduct Fire Evacuation Drill and Emergency Lockdown drill minimum two times each per year.
- Supervise on checking firefighting/ fire protection equipment.
- Conduct “After Hours Security Check” every month.

Education and Professional Qualifications

- Bachelor Degree Graduate with science specialized.
- Graduated with HSE degree or diploma is preferred.
- Must be finished authorized Fire Safety Manager Training.
- Must be finished Security Supervisory Course.
- Must be finished First Aid/ Internal Audit/ Risk Assessment/ Train the Trainer/ Leadership and Customer Services Training.

Knowledge
- Must possess in-depth knowledge of relevant fire safety codes and security regulations.
- Good Knowledge in OHSAS 140001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001

Experience
- Must have 7-10 years HSE working experience especially Fire Safety and Security as Management role .

- Must possess good interpersonal skills
- Must be someone that is alert, observant and pays keen attention to details at all times
- Must show a high level of carefulness in carrying out tasks
