• Responsible for FM organization regional management.
• Monitoring the field teams’ performance, evaluate the performance and report to National FM manager.
• Responsible for effective management of work force to optimize utilization of human resource.
• Responsible for developing skilled workforce, identifying and meeting training needs.
• Responsible for coordination with internal/ external department to improve network performance and meet the defined SLA and KPI.
• Coordinate necessary resources among/ within region if required
• Reporting to National FM manager, including spare parts usage, consumables usage, fault restoration log, preventive maintenance form, subcons’ performance, SLA etc…

Job Requirements

7. 3+ years telecommunication work experience;
8. Higher Education in Radio Communication or Electrical Technique or Telecommunication;
9. Knowledge of communication industry, especially in MS field.
10. Experience in projects for MS of MPT/Ooredoo/Mytel and negotiation with external customers;
11. Knowledge of Field Maintenance of Huawei/Nokia
12. Intermediate level of English(communicate + writing ).
