- မိမိဆိုင်ခွဲအတွင်း ရောင်းချမည့်အစားအသောက် ပစ္စည်းများစံချိန်စံနှုန်းအညီပြည့်မှီရန်အတွက် ကြီးကြပ်ရန်။

- အရောင်းပြည့်မှီရေးအတွက်ပစ္စည်း ပြတ်လတ်မှုမရှိစေရန် Ordering Process အားကြီးကြပ်ရန်။

- သန့်ရှင်းလတ်ဆက်သော ပစ္စည်းများရောင်းချနိုင်ရေးအတွက် ဆိုင်အတွင်းသန့်ရှင်းရေး နှင့် ၀န်ထမ်းများတစ်ကိုယ်ရေသန့်ရှင်းရေးအား ကြီးကြပ်၍ညွန်ကြားရန်။

- Customer များ၏ မကျေနပ်ချက်များ တိုင်တန်းချက်များရှိပါက Customer စိတ်ကျေနပ်မှုရသည်အထိဖြေရှင်းရန်

- မိမိဆိုင်အတွင်းရှိ ၀န်ထမ်းများ၏ အလုပ်နားရပ်များ၊ အလုပ်ချိန်များအား စီမံရန်နှင့် မိမိလက်အောက်ရှိ ၀န်ထမ်းများ၏ အရည်အချင်းတိုးတက်ရေးအတွက် စီမံပေးရန်။
