One of the leading telecommunication companies is on the hunt for a Fraud Prevention and Investigation Officer to join their Mobile Money Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

*To involve in research and analysis of transactions to assess levels of risk and fraud type
*To review for the prevention and detection of possible fraud in the transactions.
*To monitor and resolve daily fraud alerts via risk management systems based on assigned strategies.
*To maintain confidential information and protect sensitive information and materials.

Job Requirements

Skills and Requirement

*Bachelor's Degree in related field
*Minimum 3 years of experience in a fraud or contact center environment preferred
*Knowledge and experience in Fraud, Cyber Crime, Financial Crimes and Financial Risk
*Must be fluent in both Burmese and English

Salary is Up to 1,000,000 MMK
