Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both in-house and out-of-house contacts.
• Focal point for all internal communications matters using all available channels.
• Answer calls for CEO and Board Members, and direct incoming calls appropriately in a professional and friendly manner.
• Lead and prepare high-quality presentation materials (e.g. PowerPoint) such as executive internal and external presentations
• Monitor and help expedite closure of Leader’s requests to teams
• Assist CEO and Board Members with preparation of materials needed for meetings.
• Attention to details, take care of general correspondence for CEO and Board Members, including drafting and formatting, editing for content, spelling, grammar, etc.
• Maintain logs of all outgoing materials—letters, reviews, etc.
• Maintain contact lists,
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries for CEO and Board Members, experienced in taking care of heavy travel itineraries arrangement ;
• Compile and maintain personnel information and files as necessary or requested.
• Prepare and take care of travel expense , business expense report and reimbursement
• Help coordinate In-House conference, develop and time agenda, set-up room, calls-ins, and arrange for food and refreshments as necessary.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS :
• Bachelor degree in business, social science, business administration or equivalent
• Must be fluently read, write and speak in English, Chinese and Myanmar
• Strategic thinker with an ability to execute a plan or idea.
• Strong aptitude for problem-solving.
• Proficient at multiple Microsoft software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as ability to function as part of a team required.
• Ability to take initiative.
• Ability to work independently or as an effective team member. And be prepare working under a busy and fast moving environment, 24x7 Standby Online presence.
• Be able to work on the ad hoc task
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Well organized, flexible with an ability to interact under pressure with a high quality of professionalism, warmth, and confidentiality.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, set and maintain priorities.
• Able to represent the company core values, projecting an attitude that is friendly, patient, and pleasant.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software applications and authoring tools, and upkeep, website development, telepresence and other conference tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple requests promptly, effectively and professionally
• Proactive in addressing needs of the leaders
• Ability to accurately process technical & administrative information and provide close attention to detail
• Ability to travel in short notice
