o Managing all Front Office personnel and responsible for the accomplishment of all the front office duties

About the Company

Our client is one of the most successful International Luxury Hotel Group, operating worldwide and starting up in Myanmar.


The Role

● Create staff development, training, scheduling and manages for whole operation.
● Compliance with all front office policies, procedures and standards.
● Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily.
● Maintain an organized and comprehensive filing system with documentation of purchases, vouchering, schedules, forecast, reports and tracking logs.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of experience in Front Office.
● A Degree Holder.
● Need to have Pre-Opening Experience
● Good command of English is a must.
● Strong Management of Opera System and people management.
