1. Review occupancy of the day, arrivals, departures and assign tasks to colleagues on duty2. Take follow up action on previous days guest feedback3. Make sure all V.I.P. arrivals rooms are ready and set up accordingly.4. Inspect V.I.P. arrival rooms5. Handle guests feedback and follow up if necessary6. Action in case of fire closely coordinate with Resident Manager7. Stand by and assist guests for functions/events.8. Maintain rules, regulations and standards.9. To help to achieve organizational goals and objectives10. Prepare reports and statistics as required by RM.

- Must have strong communication skill- Must have leadership skill- Must have self-motivation skill- Must be able to work under pressure- Must be a commitment person in work place- Must have learning another subjects enthusiastically.- At least 3 years of progressive experience in a related field.- Proficiency in English 4 skills.- Competence in Customer Service and Complaint Handling.- Have a good knowledge of all systems and standard operating procedures of front office.
