- Making in the daily maintenance of room inventory to achieve optimal levels of revenue while exceeding guest expectations- Responsible for revenue generated through the front desk and any actions taken by the incumbent that can impact on the volume of business- Responsible for the financial management of the department and front office operation- Resolving customer complaints in a timely fashion to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and value for money perception- Coordinating activities with other hotel departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Any graduate- Age above 30 years- Minimum of 3 years of hotel front desk managerial experience, experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks- Interpersonal Skills: Being calm and direct in a stressful situation and being able to communicate with many different types of people- Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English language used in the workplace
