Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Make telephone receiving, calling, Line transfer, message transfer by using PABX.
• Check routing scheduling of Internal / External Dispatch Rider.
• Put proper place to visitors with pleasure and hospitality.
• Show company image by politely speaking to all of receiving calls.
• Deliver the message of a visitor to concerning person.
• Allocate receiving documents and percales from outside.
• Assist office admin in General Office Administrations.
• Additional duties apart from the above description may be assigned from time to time for job enlargement and training opportunities.
• Record the canteen meal list with book and coupon.
• Make uniform delivering, stationary items delivering and stock controlling.
• Give monthly uniform balance report, stationary items balance report, update internal line phone list.

• Any graduate.
• 1 year and above experience in related field.
• Good command of English, Computer skills, analytical skills, and problem solving skills.
• Team work and good cooperation skills.
