Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

-Ensure outstanding customer care at all times.
-Courteously and accurately answers inquires from potential guests and accepts last minutes hotel reservations.
- Responds to telephone and in-person inquires regarding the hotel products and services information and guest complain.
-Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members and train, coach the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation.
-Assist all department in servicing the guests during high volume periods.

Job Requirements

-Above (2) or (3) years' experience as a Senior Front Office Associate in Hotel Industry.
-Diploma (or) Certificates in Hospitality Management and must be graduate.
- MIT Software Knowledgeable.
-Basic Computer Knowledge and experience in MS Office.
-Able to working in Ngapali Beach, Rakhine State.
