• Report to Head of OSS
• Structured Cabling System standards and Industry standards to ensure the deployment quality are delivered with standard compliance.
• Follow up with OSS managers on performance & progress of implementation works related to OSP and IBS of FTTX or FTTH in ISP.
• Interact internally with other departments/engineers/ coordinators to ensure proper implementation of project is maintained.
• Report on all Infrastructures related issues and site snags.
• Supervise and assure that the design has been precisely carried out at site during sites delivery execution.
• To provide technical feedback to OSS on the improvements of design aspects according to the practical experience obtained from on the site.
• Reviews summary sheet for FTTH ISP/OSP cabling requirements ensuring FTTH ISP and OSP capacities are figured adequately and accurately for the assigned sites.
• Arrange the Requisition for the cabling materials other needs.
• Carry out site inspection in coordination with teams, contractors and consultants to ensure sites deliverables are carried out according to the access design and with agreed level of quality and SLA.
• Development of OSP and IBS planning/design documentation, plans and specification assembly
• LLD drawings/plant records, construction management documentation, and any other duties to ensure sties are completed successfully.
• On site Surveys with the details information and drawing
• Ability to quickly assimilate technical and commercial information from multiple sources and consolidate this into a focused technical position
• Ability to teach, lead, manage to team members for cabling, termination, testing with FTTH instruments in OSP and In-building System field for ISP systematically.
• Able to do Ad hoc duty

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a technical discipline, or equivalent applicable experience.
• Minimum 2 years or more in OSP and IBS Engineering experience in ISP.
• Knowledge of telecommunications network design principals and processes.
• Experience in GPON or Fiber to the Home ( FTTH)
• Self-starter with integrity and confidence who strives to achieve in even the most challenging environments with limited supervision.
• Team player with well-developed interpersonal skills who is comfortable in a cross-functional, multi-cultural environment.
• Good decision making, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
• Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to clearly explain issues.
• Good time management.
• Able to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
• Ability to meet stringent deadlines, operates in a fast-paced multi-task environment, and effectively manages competing time requirements
• Field experience with fiber optic products FTTX, LAN and processes such as design, cable handling, fiber splicing, connectorization, and testing , commissioning & integration.
• Experience working in a commercial organization
• Confident interacting with internal and external customers (CRM)
