Purpose of the Position:

• The O&M Fuel Delivery Manager will ensure safe loading & unloading of fuel on Trucks for delivery to site.
• The O&M Fuel Delivery Manager will make a plan for telecom site refueling and delivery on site.
• Making refueling daily plan for 10 trucks., Checking fuel voucher and give approve to ACC to paid money,
Controlling refueling to 18 trucks/ Prepare refueling voucher to make reconciliation/ Prepare employed time sheet and make summary time sheet and approve.
• Making employed process for refueling team members.
• Ensure that all sites are clean and secured upon completion of activity.
• Internal: O&M Truck Team Leader, QA Supervisor, QA Head, COC, O&M Area Manager and O&M Assistant Area Manager
• External: Camusat Accredited Petrol Stations and Camusat Accredited Motor Shops.

Quality & Safety Environment Missions:

• Ensure Road Safety at all times.
• Ensure that all works done are according to quality and standards.
• Ensure that all O&M personnel on site comply to all safety guidelines and standards.
• Keep the site clean and secured upon completion of activity.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of the O&M Fuel Truck Driver are as follows:
• Responsible for leading his Team in performing their task according to their daily plan.
• Responsible for transporting O&M Refueling Team and fuel to sites & regional areas on time using company issued vehicles.
• Participates in loading / unloading of fuel and refueling tools transported to and from site and for keeping the site clean.
• Follows company policies and guidelines on use of company issued vehicles, tools and other equipment.
• Ensures safe transportation of fuel from Petrol Stations to sites.
• Ensures safety of O&M Refueling Team during traveling to sites.
• Oversees the actual loading of fuel (in plastic or metal drums) and even distribution on vehicle platform to ensure safety during transport.
• Support and assist O&M Refueling Team on their activities on sites to complete the works on time and according to standards.
• The Truck Team Leader should be able to help assess the road condition if passable by vehicle or not and propose other route or other means of transport to reach the destination to avoid damaging the vehicle.
• The Truck Team Leader should be able to properly assess the actual site condition before start of refueling activity.
• The Truck Team Leader is responsible for the timely reporting (using Mobile Apps) of refueling activities from the time of securing of fuel from Petrol Stations up to actual fuel loading.

Specific Functions and Tasks:

• The O&M Fuel delivery manager will provide support or assistance during O&M Refueling and Site Cleaning activities on site with Fuel team.
• He will ensure that all works will be completed on time and in accordance with the agreed quality & standards.
• His main task is to reduce unnecessary outages affecting or degregading customer network performance in accordance to industry standards without compromising quality.

Job Requirements

Educational Background
• Secondary Education
• D-Grade Driving License holder (Optional)
• Diploma and/or Degree Holder in Telecommunications or equivalent (AGTI, B-Tech, BE in Electrical Power, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Power) - N/A.

Knowledge and Work Experiences
• At least 2 year experience in telecom infrastructure
• Acknowledge for refueling and reconciliation process
• Team management
• Good in written and verbal English.
Skills
• Good communication skills.
• Good Leadership skills.
• Good Defensive Driving skills.
• Good understanding of Road Map.
• Good Driving skills on off-road and on mountainous roads.
• Good basic vehicle troubleshooting skills.

Personal Qualities
• Physically & mentally fit to work indoors and outdoors.
• Keeps discrete and confidential company information.
• Ability to work independently or with minimum supervision.
• Highly motivated toward task completion.
• Has good moral character.

Working Conditions:

• Capable and willing to travel on long trips and in remote areas respectively.
• Capable and willing to work in remote areas (rotating area of assignments).
• Can work beyond the regular working hours.
• Can support work on In-building, Rooftop and Greenfield Sites.

• Performing other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the O&M QA Head and O&M QA Supervisor.
