Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

1. Assists the O&M Officer, in the management of the supply of fuel starting from forecasting, storage,
delivery and consumption according to guidelines.
2. Reports to his/her direct supervisor on all fuel related theft incidents or issues in reconciliation of fuel
according to process.
3. Reports any difference to direct supervisor and proposes corrective & preventive measures.
4. Be Responsible for fuel delivery to ensure timeliness and quality availability of fuel.
5. Assist in developing, implementing and updating the mission fuel plan.
6. Maintain all electronic/hardcopy records to ensure proper audit trail.

OH&S/QMS ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensures that all OH&S/QMS procedures are daily monitored and followed.

2. Always wear adequate PPE.

Job Requirements

*Experience in similar field.
* Excellent communication skills - written and oral.
* NO NEED Basic Data analysis and interpretation skills.
* Good Knowledge of computer operation, especially with MS office (No need for Computer
management skills).
*Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
> Prefer (AGTI) or any Graduate
