Reporting

The DA reports directly to the lead Learning Partner and the Managing Director of HamsaHub, who is also the BIF Country Director, and/or any specialist staff he wishes to designate.

Deliverables

1) Pursuit factory to send HR trackers and Productivity trackers before 15th of every month.
2) Cross checking the trackers to identify which has wrong data.
3) If required, and as appropriate, work with our consulting partners to develop new data tracker and confirm the data.
4) Conduct the update data status tracker and master trackers to HamsaHub garment team and report them the factory's performance
5) Ensure access to reports and visualization by the HamsaHub Garment Team.
6) Carry out other related tasks as required for the overall success of the program.

Job Requirements

1)University Degree in Business Management
2)Myanmar Garment Sector alternatively 1-3 years experience
3)Excellent Communication in Burmese Language and English skill
4)Excellent skill email/word/excel/Myanmar font/power point/outlook
