The Role

● Drive sales in the organization through relationships and business development to organization who manage their own vehicles
● Manage team of 10 staff including technicians
● Manage the P&L of the business and report findings to the Board
● Develop processes and systems to improve efficiencies in the organization

Job Requirements

● Minimum of 5 years of working experiences in a sales management role for B2B
● Strong Leadership and Process Improvement skills
● Excellent English communication skill
