Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• review and report monthly sales, customer and receivable
• Review and revise performance of strategies
• Set the business strategy aligned with the objectives of Enterprise
• Develop new marketing strategies, evaluate current methods, and establish new development opportunities
• Contract with Third Party for other related matters
• Identify and develop relationships with trade associations, develop strategies for attending trade show conferences, and business meetings
• Control to hit sales target with great customer satisfaction aligned with organizational goals and values
• Work with Group Commercial to complete Annual Sales & Marketing Plan for Enterprise
• Market studies and make recommendations for enhancement opportunities in various products related operations
• Work with Group Commercial to analyse results and put action plans in place to improve sales
• Manage all customer "touchpoints" to make sure that the "voice of the customer" is monitored (inc. social media)
• Customer complaints handling and advises record
• Monitoring competitors' marketing activities and advertising trend, and run promotions and events for Terminal
• Supervise the using of marketing materials and supplier promotional materials
• Plan for marketing expense and analyze the sale volume return

Education - Bachelor’s degree (or) Bachelor’s degree in business (or) a related field and relevant Diploma
Core skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of customer service practices
Project management experience
Experience supervising others
Budgeting and financial reporting experience
Assets control and handling experience
Overall Administration
Advanced skills:
Bilingual (Myanmar, English)
Contract management experience
