Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

- Oversee daily operation and ensure compliance to operations standards and procedures
- Improve current SOPs and achieve sales targets
- To oversee the maintenance of the quality and standard of the Business and/or items for sale at the outlets
- Office management, including but not limited to the management of Human Resources
- Responsible for the scheduling of work and the appropriate allocation of duties to staff.
- Ensure operational records which include inventory, sales and cash reports, operation licenses and filing with local authorities.
- Tackling bottlenecks on business development for entities within the Company
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the CEO/COO/ Directors of the Company
- Ensure that the monthly reports are completed

Job Requirements

· At least 8 years experience in a F&B management position
- Pleasant and well-groomed
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High initiative and a positive attitude
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Ability to converse in English
